Produced by Domaine Saint Pierre in the Jura region of eastern France, an estate run by Fabrice Dodane and widely respected for its organic and biodynamic approach to viticulture. The domaine is based near Arbois, where vineyards benefit from a cool continental climate and varied elevations that preserve freshness and aromatic detail. Grapes are grown on limestone, marl and clay rich soils that contribute minerality and structure. Vineyard work is carried out sustainably with minimal intervention, and the wines are suitable for vegan consumers.

Tout Facile is a light, approachable red made primarily from Jura varieties including Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and gentle extraction to preserve freshness and fruit purity, followed by a short ageing period in stainless steel and neutral vessels before bottling. The wine shows bright aromas of red cherry, raspberry and cranberry with subtle spice and earthy notes. The palate is juicy and supple with soft tannins and lively acidity. It pairs well with charcuterie, roast chicken and soft cheeses.
