Domaine Rolet Arbois Rouge Tradition 2020

A blend of Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Trousseau from vines planted in the communes of Arbois and Montigny. The soils are mainly composed of red marl and gravel. Aged in barrels separately for 12 months to preserve the character of each grape variety then blended 3 months before bottling. A traditional Jura cuvée that could be enjoyed throughout a meal; it goes very well with a filet mignon, roast lamb with thyme or more simply a Comté tart.
