Domaine Joblot Givry 1er Cru 'En Veau' 2020

Second generation winemaker Juliette Joblot tends to 13.5 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay within Givry’s unique natural amphitheater which offers protection from westerly winds that could damage buds, flowers or fruit. Juliette picks based on acidity levels and is known to be uncompromising when it comes to the quality of her fruit, discarding up to 40% of a vintage if it does not fit her standards. Straw yellow in the glass with a vivacious nose of yellow plum, jonagold apple, vanilla and cherry blossom. Concentrated and creamy with lush yellow peach and almond paste tones, sharply vibrant mineral tones and touches of coconut and exotic spice on the finish.
