A complex blend of 4 different Rhone vairetals, this Ventoux blanc has great minerality. The nose is reminiscient of peaches, graprefuit and white flowers. Whilst the palate brings in a citrus character and a refreshing mineral finish. Try this with fresh seafood dishes or even with milder cheeses.
