Domaine des Lises Crozes Hermitage Equinoxe 2021

From grapes grown organically in vineyards located in Pont de L'Isère where gravel soils predominate and no pesticides or herbicides are used. The wine goes through a subtle carbonic maceration and is fermented in concrete tanks and large tapered wooden tanks where it also ages for 12 months. Bursting youth, full of aromas of red and black fruits with a touch of anise. On the palate it is flavoursome and fruity with a soft tannin and a deliciously spicy finish.
