Produced by Domaine de la Provenquière in the Languedoc region of southern France, Pêche Coquin Rosé is a vibrant, fruit-driven expression of Mediterranean rosé. The estate is located near Capestang, where a warm climate is tempered by breezes from the nearby coastline, helping preserve freshness and aromatic lift in the grapes. Vineyards are planted on a mix of limestone, clay and gravel soils that contribute balance, structure and ripeness. Domaine de la Provenquière is a family-run estate with a focus on sustainable vineyard practices and modern, precision winemaking, aiming to capture the sunny character of the Languedoc while maintaining elegance and drinkability.

Made from a blend of classic southern French varieties including Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, the grapes are gently pressed with minimal skin contact to achieve a delicate pale rosé colour. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. The wine shows expressive aromas of ripe peach, wild strawberry and raspberry alongside hints of citrus zest and subtle floral notes. The palate is light, crisp and refreshing with bright acidity, juicy red fruit flavours and a clean, dry finish. Easy-drinking and approachable, it is ideal for casual enjoyment and pairs beautifully with salads, grilled seafood, light pasta dishes and summer appetisers.
