Description
Maya and Nicolas are making some of the most exciting wines to appear out of Cahors right now. 90% Malbec and 10% Merlot from old vines in red clay, Kimmeridgian limestone and marly clay-limestone. 15 to 30 days maceration. Aged on lees in older oak barrels. Distinct earthy tones of Malbec, with leather, blueberries and a bit of spice. Medium bodied.
