Domaine de Baumard Bulles dOr

Domaine des Baumard, based in the Loire Valley, is renowned for its meticulous and sustainable viticulture, with vineyards overlooking the Layon River. The estate, led by Florent Baumard, follows sustainable practices to preserve biodiversity and soil health. The region’s schist and sandstone soils, combined with a temperate climate, provide ideal conditions for producing elegant sparkling wines.

Bulles d’Or is crafted using the traditional method, with hand-harvested grapes gently pressed and undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle to develop fine bubbles and complexity. Fermentation is intentionally stopped early, leaving natural sweetness balanced by lively acidity. The wine offers ripe apple, pear, citrus and brioche notes, pairing beautifully with fruit tarts, blue cheese, foie gras or festive desserts.
