Domaine Agnes Paquet Bourgogne Aligote 2022

Domaine Agnès Paquet is a family owned estate based in Meloisey in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Burgundy. Agnès Paquet founded the domaine in 2000 after inheriting family vineyard holdings and quickly established a reputation for elegant, terroir focused wines. The vineyards for the Bourgogne Aligoté are planted on limestone and clay soils that provide freshness, minerality and tension. The cool continental climate of Burgundy allows slow ripening while preserving acidity and aromatic precision. The estate has been certified organic since 2021, with careful manual vineyard work and environmentally conscious farming practices. The warm 2022 vintage produced ripe yet balanced white wines with excellent freshness.

Domaine Agnès Paquet Bourgogne Aligoté 2022 is made from 100% Aligoté, Burgundy’s traditional white grape variety known for its vibrant acidity and mineral profile. The grapes are gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve purity and freshness. The wine is then aged on fine lees for around 6 to 8 months, adding texture while maintaining its lively character. It shows aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white flowers alongside subtle chalky mineral notes. The palate is crisp, energetic and refreshing with bright acidity and a clean finish. It pairs particularly well with oysters, shellfish, goat’s cheese and light seafood dishes.
