Djuce Core Crisp White is a light, aromatic white blend based on Müller-Thurgau and Bacchus, selected for their freshness, floral lift and gentle fruit expression. The grapes are harvested early to retain crisp acidity and are fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve purity and brightness, with no oak ageing.
