The Juicy Orange Wine 200ml is produced with Meinklang, the renowned biodynamic estate based in Burgenland, Austria. Meinklang is internationally recognised for its holistic farming philosophy, combining organic and biodynamic viticulture with biodiversity and minimal intervention in the cellar. The vineyards benefit from Burgenland’s warm Pannonian climate and are planted on gravel, loess and limestone rich soils that help preserve freshness and minerality. Djuce uses lightweight recyclable aluminium cans to reduce environmental impact, while the wines are vegan friendly and produced without animal derived fining agents.

Djuce Juicy Orange Wine is an organic skin contact blend of 60% Grüner Veltliner, 35% Welschriesling and 5% Traminer, bottled at 11% alcohol. The grapes are fermented with skin contact to develop gentle tannin, texture and aromatic complexity, before ageing briefly in neutral vessels to preserve freshness and purity. Produced in a low intervention style with indigenous yeasts and minimal sulphur additions, the wine shows aromas of dried apricot, orange peel and peach alongside floral, herbal and lightly spicy notes. The palate is vibrant and lightly grippy with refreshing acidity and a savoury finish. Best served lightly chilled, it pairs particularly well with mezze, roasted vegetables, charcuterie and aromatic Asian dishes.
