Djuce Core Fizzy White is a lightly sparkling blend of 85% Trebbiano and 15% Yellow Muscat, bottled at 10.5% alcohol. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grapes' natural fruit character and freshness, with no oak ageing employed. The gentle sparkle enhances aromas of citrus, pear and green apple, complemented by floral notes and subtle exotic fruit nuances from the Yellow Muscat. The palate is crisp, lively and refreshing, with bright acidity and a clean, dry finish. Intended for immediate enjoyment, it pairs beautifully with seafood, salads, antipasti and light Mediterranean cuisine. Serve well chilled.
