Produced by Champagne Deutz in Aÿ, in the heart of France’s Champagne region, Sakura Brut Rosé NV is a refined expression of traditional Champagne craftsmanship with a delicate rosé character. Deutz, founded in 1838, is one of the historic houses of the Vallée de la Marne, known for precision, elegance and consistently high-quality cuvées. The vineyards are sourced primarily from Premier and Grand Cru sites across Champagne, where a cool northern climate and chalk-rich soils contribute freshness, tension and fine structure.

Made from a classic Champagne blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with a small proportion of still red wine added for colour and structure, the wine undergoes traditional bottle fermentation followed by extended lees ageing to develop complexity and finesse. The nose shows aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant alongside citrus peel, white flowers and subtle brioche notes. The palate is elegant and finely textured with vibrant acidity, delicate red berry fruit and a creamy mousse. It is finished as a Brut style, offering a dry, precise balance with a clean, refreshing finish. It pairs beautifully with sushi, shellfish, smoked salmon and light summer dishes.
