Produced by the De Andrés Sisters in Rioja Alavesa, Binario Skin Contact Garnacha Blanca reflects their modern, minimal-intervention approach to Spanish winemaking. The sisters work with certified organic and biodynamic vineyards planted on clay-limestone soils beneath the Sierra de Cantabria, where Atlantic and Mediterranean influences meet to create freshness, aromatic lift and natural balance. Careful vineyard management, low yields and manual harvesting ensure optimal fruit quality and expression of site. This skin-contact cuvée is part of their experimental, small-production range, focused on texture, precision and authenticity rather than conventional winemaking styles.

Made from 100% Garnacha Blanca, the wine undergoes extended skin contact during fermentation, extracting additional colour, structure and aromatic complexity. Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts and with a restrained, low-intervention approach, followed by maturation in neutral vessels to preserve purity and texture. The wine shows aromas of orange peel, apricot and yellow apple alongside notes of dried flowers, herbal tea and subtle spice. The palate is textured and slightly grippy, balanced by fresh acidity and a savoury, phenolic edge that adds depth and length. Distinctive and gastronomic, it pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, spiced dishes, grilled fish and Mediterranean cuisine.
