The Dalamara vineyards are organically farmed, following biodynamic practices. Everything in Dalamara aims at capturing the terroir expression with minimal intervention. Using spontaneous fermentation, reduced sulphur dioxide levels and no filtering process, they have produced wines that preserve maximum complexity and all the characteristics of the terroir. An elegant wine, this Naoussa is a perfect example of why Xinomavro is usually compared to Nebbiolo. An equivalent to an elegant and approachable Barolo, this wines offers superb value for money.
