Courselle Temps de Lune Rouge 2021

Temps de Lune (“time of the moon”) is made by the Courselle sisters and harvested and vinified while taking into account the Biodynamic Lunar Calendar and favouring ‘Fruit Days’. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with minimal intervention, vinified in small concrete vats, without adding sulphur. On the nose, some black fruits (blackberries and blackcurrants) but equally a spicy, lightly roasted side resembling mocha. The sensation in the mouth is fresh, with some tannins and a hint of mint on the finish.
