Domaine Combiers Beaujolais Nouveau 2025

Domaine?des?Combiers Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 comes from the Combiers family estate in Vaux Renard, a modest 9 hectare domaine with deep roots. Their Gamay vines grow on shallow, granitic soils typical of Beaujolais terroir. The estate follows sustainable, “lutte raisonnée” viticulture, avoiding chemical fertilisers and using animal manure, but they are not certified organic or biodynamic.

The Nouveau is vinified with whole bunch, semi carbonic maceration for 4 to 5 days at controlled temperatures (16-18°C), then gently pressed. Tasting note a deep, slightly purplish hue with expressive aromas of boiled sweets and red berries (strawberry, raspberry). On the palate it is generous and fruity, with round tannins and a long, rich aftertaste. A true reflaction to its Beaujolais roots.
