Closerie Saint Roc Les Pins 2019

Les Pins is a single plot cuvée from Closerie Saint-Roc, the second property of the Amoreau family (Château Le Puy). The plot extends over a little over one hectare, resting on a soil composed of limestone rock with starfish at more than 1 meter and clay, silt and sand. The altitude is between 100 and 102m. The harvest is manual and the vinification is natural, with spontaneous fermentations (indigenous yeasts) and gentle, in an "infusion" style. The wine is aged by dynamization in barrels (without new wood) for 18 months, without added sulphur, filtration or fining.
