One of the two plot cuvées from the 2nd property of the Amoreau family (Château Le Puy), in a serious and deep style, less focused on fruit than their other wines. The wine is aged in barrels (without new wood) for 18 months, without added sulphur. The wine is neither filtered nor fined. On tasting, this wine offers a deep nose, with aromas of undergrowth and black fruits. An ideal wine to accompany red meat with mushrooms for example
