Clonakilty 14YR Single Grain Amontillado Cask

After opening the distillery in 2019 our Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is ready for you to enjoy. Made from 100% Cork grown barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills at Clonakilty Distillery, and matured in our Atlantic Ocean Warehouse.

This special whiskey was matured in ex-Bourbon, Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks, the whiskey presents flavours of sweet vanilla and kiwi, complemented by notes of caramelised pear and dark chocolate.

Nose: Vanilla sweetness leads to hints of demerara sugar, citrus peel and kiwi.

Taste: Vanilla, caramelised pear and apple, gives way to a gentle wood spice, dark chocolate and orange.
