Chateau Lestignac Pagaille Red White Blend 2023

Chateau Lestignac, based in Bergerac in southwestern France, is a family-owned estate committed to biodynamic and sustainable viticulture. The team uses biodynamic preparations, lunar calendar pruning and cover crops to enhance soil vitality and vineyard ecosystem health. Their vegan-friendly approach avoids animal derived fining agents and minimal sulpur are added to their wines the vines flourish on a mix of gravel, clay and limestone soils, producing expressive, terroir-driven wines.

The Chateau Lestignac Pagaille 2023 is a blend of 60% Cabernet Franc, 20% Malbec, 15% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Muscadelle, fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness. The wine is lightly aged in neutral oak to add texture without overpowering the fruit. It displays aromas of red berries, white flowers and citrus, with a mineral edge. Pairs excellently with grilled poultry, light pasta dishes or soft cheeses.
