Chateau Roubine Lion and Dragon Rose 2024

Château Roubine Lion & Dragon Rosé 2024 is a dry rosé from Château Roubine, one of the historic estates in the Côtes de Provence AOC in south-east France. The domaine has held Cru Classé status since 1955 and its vineyards lie on clay-limestone and sandy soils between Lorgues and Draguignan, benefitting from Mediterranean sunshine tempered by cooling sea breezes. The estate follows sustainable and organic practices across its vineyards, reflecting a commitment to environmental respect and expressive terroir.

The 2024 vintage is a blend of Grenache, Tibouren, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and a small proportion of Rolle and Syrah, harvested by hand and vinified to preserve freshness and varietal character. It shows a pale salmon-pink colour with fine aromas of red berries, citrus zest and floral notes, supported by lively acidity and subtle spice. The palate is fresh and elegant with a lingering finish. Serve well chilled at around 10–12 °C with seafood, grilled fish, salads, light meats or summer tapas for a classic Provence pairing.
