Château Roquefort is a historic Bordeaux estate, owned by the Bellanger family, producing crisp, expressive white wines. Les Roches Blanches is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to preserve bright aromatics, followed by a short period on the lees for texture. The wine presents vibrant citrus, green apple and white floral notes, with crisp acidity and a mineral-driven finish. It pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, goat’s cheese, light salads, and fresh fish dishes.
