Château Pesquié is a family run estate in the Ventoux appellation of the southern Rhône, managed by the Chaudière family since the 1970s. The vineyards lie at higher altitudes on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, benefiting from a cooler climate and wide diurnal range. Soils are a mix of limestone, clay and gravel, contributing freshness and structure. The estate is certified organic and practises sustainable farming with a focus on biodiversity. Many of their wines are suitable for vegans, reflecting a minimal intervention approach in both vineyard and cellar.

Le Paradou Grenache is made from 100% Grenache sourced from carefully selected Mediterranean vineyards. The wine is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures and aged briefly in tank to preserve purity of fruit, with no oak influence. It is light and vibrant, showing bright strawberry, raspberry and red cherry notes with a touch of spice. The palate is fresh and supple with soft tannins and a clean finish. Best served slightly chilled, it pairs well with grilled meats, charcuterie, salads and Mediterranean dishes.
