Description
Fermented with indigenous yeasts for 9 months in French oak barrels from a 1er Cru of Sauternes. Aromatic notes of lemon confit, white flowers and sweet spice. The palate is mouth-coating and rich, yet well balanced and fresh, with notes of citrus, candied fruit, hazelnuts, gingerbread and honey.
