Charcutiers Traiteurs Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau 2025 originates from a boutique estate in the northern Beaujolais Villages appellation, where steep, granite-rich slopes lie between 200 and 500 metres altitude. The family has farmed vines here for decades, cultivating Gamay in small plots that are certified organic and biodynamic.

The wine is made using classic semi-carbonic maceration of whole grape bunches and then gently fermented in stainless-steel vats at cool temperatures for five to six days. After maceration the wine undergoes a light press, then it is racked and stabilised without animal derived fining agents. On the nose bright red cherry, raspberry and a hint of peony; on the palate fresh, juicy fruit with soft acidity, subtle spice and a lively, clean finish.
