Cabert Pinot Noir Trevenezie

Cabert is a family owned Italian winery established in 1960 in Bertiolo, in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The estate focuses on producing quality wines from its own vineyards using sustainable practices and careful canopy management. The Pinot Noir for the Trevenezie 2022 is grown in the Trevenezie IGT area, benefiting from cool continental influences and well drained alluvial and sandy soils that promote elegant fruit.

The grapes for Cabert Pinot Noir Trevenezie are hand harvested and fermented with controlled maceration to preserve freshness and varietal expression. It is matured in stainless steel to retain pure fruit character, showing vibrant aromas of red cherry, raspberry and subtle spice with fine, soft tannins. Enjoy with roast chicken, grilled vegetables, herb-seasoned pork or mild cheeses. Drinking beautifully now, it can be enjoyed over the next 2-3 years while its bright, fresh fruit remains.
