This Pét-nat is made from 100 percent Tramini following the Methode Ancestrale (primary in-bottle fermentation). This bubbly shows off notes of apricot, lemon, and white flowers rounding off with a creamy, yet crispy finish. The medium-plus acidity and refreshing qualities of this wine make it the perfect pairing partner for fishy dishes like mahi-mahi or tuna steak.
