Browar Stu Mostow Wild 15

Blend of barrel aged Saisons refermented with local plums. Bottle conditioned for 6 months, filled with notes of cherry pie, vanilla, ripe banana and oak. A lovely style often forgotten by the craft beer industry, and the French cousin of classic Belgian Farmhouse Ales. Originally brewed in the north French region of Nord-Pas-de-Calais in a pale, amber and dark versions during the colder months to enjoy it on spring.
