Bojt Egri Csillag 2022

Egri Csillag is essentially the white equivalent of the Bikavér (Bull’s Blood) blend. This Egri Csillag is from the so-called ‘Superior’ category, which means that it has had a bit of oak aging, yet retains its freshness, crispiness, and fruitiness. Vibrant green apple, lemon, pear, peach, green pepper, fresh cut grass aromas and flavors, with a zesty and citrusy palate. It is light, fruity, and very refreshing with great drinkability. Ideal by itself but also good with salads, pasta and poultry dishes.
