Making a Triple IPA that isn't overpowering requires technique, patience, and above all, a lot of "Elbow Grease".
For this beast, we aimed for extreme density but with a dangerously smooth mouthfeel. The key lies in the malt block: a Pilsner base reinforced with a squad of barley, oat, and wheat flakes and oat malt. The result is that signature creamy body, capable of handling an extreme hop load without breaking a sweat.
In the whirlpool, a generous amount of Mosaic lays the tropical foundation. Then, the combination of Motueka, Vic Secret, Sabro, Mosaic Cryo & Spectrum does the rest: here, piña colada notes reign supreme, along with a citrusy lime-lemon punch, coconut cream, and all finished with an herbal character that adds depth.
Hops galore and insane integration. Hitting the books never felt so good.
