Bargylus Jabal 2018

Elegant and mineral, Jabal de Bargylus is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Syrah, gently aged in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months. It is made with the same qualitative criteria as its ‘older brother’ Bargylus. Cited by Pliny the Elder, Mount-Bargylus was richly covered with vines during the greco-roman era.
