Barczentewicz Dobre Minor Pinot Noir 2022 comes from the Barczentewicz family estate near Dobre in Poland’s Lublin region. The vineyard sits on loess and clay rich soils with good drainage and a moderate continental climate, encouraging slow ripening and aromatic precision.

The 2022 Dobre Minor Pinot Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir, hand harvested and fermented with gentle maceration to preserve finesse and purity. After fermentation the wine is aged for several months in both oak and stainless steel, with optional time on fine lees for texture. It is medium bodied with bright red cherry, raspberry and wild herb aromas, fine acidity and a subtle mineral edge. This elegant wine pairs beautifully with grilled salmon, duck breast, light pasta dishes, roasted root vegetables or soft cheeses.
