Baglio Antico Bianco Catarratto 2021

Baglio Bianco is amber in colour and is a fantastic introduction to ‘orange’ wines. It receives 3 days skin maceration, is unfined and unfiltered, and has no added sulphur. Notes of baked apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The palate is dry, mid-weight, crisp with an appealing richness and texture. This wine would be brilliant with pork ribs and apple sauce, or with a herby roasted chicken.
