This Tsinandali, from the Kakheti region in Georgia, is made from the Rkatsiteli (85%) and Kakhuri Mtsvane (15%) grape varieties. Pale straw in colour, with bright floral and white fruit notes on the nose, followed by a balanced roundness with a lively acidity and a lovely texture. Best served between 11°C and 13°C, complementing white fishes, poultry and fresh salads.
