It is in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude that we find the ideal climate and soil for growing Chardonnay. Mythical and demanding grape variety , the foothills of the Pyrenees are surely one of the best vineyards of Languedoc Roussillon to obtain fresh Chardonnay full of flavour.
