Artuke is part of Rioja’n’Roll, a group of young producers committed to making singular wines which reflect their origins and terroir. This wine is produced by the traditional, typical and historical method of carbonic maceration of La Rioja, whereby the whole grape undergoes intra-cellular enzymatic fermentation and very aromatic wines are achieved. It’s a mouth-watering red that can take a relatively deep chill which makes it a versatile pairing with all types of food: tuna, zucchini, pizza, etc.
