Antolini Recioto della Valpolicella Classico 2021

This sweet red wine has a deep red garnet colour with purple reflections and an intense, lingering bouquet, with cherry, sour cherry, cranberry notes and a hint of violet, cinnamon and white pepper. The palate is sweet with balancing high acidity, resulting in a pleasant and harmonious experience. It is not cloying and reveals lively fresh and dried fruit flavours with a hint of red jam and cinnamon.
