"From vines not far from Clos de la Maréchale in Premeaux-Prissey, this is made with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. After pressing, the must is fermented in a combination of large casks and foudres before ageing on the lees. On the palate, lovely citrus peel and apricot fruit and a firm mineral underpinning.
