Delicate green apple aromas with notes of caramel, marzipan and brioche. Excellent acid-sugar balance and crisp, dry finish. At a minimum, the brut reserva spends two years on its lees before being disgorged (the minimum requirement is 15 months), with the date of disgorgement printed on the label.
