Manolesakis Estate Exis White 2023 is made by Manolesakis Estate, a family-run winery in the Drama sub-region of Macedonia in northern Greece, established by George and his son Stavros Manolesakis. The estate began planting vines in 1989 and later built its winery in the late 1990s, championing indigenous Greek varieties alongside international grapes to express regional character through modern viticulture. The vineyards sit at 200–300 metres above sea level on mostly clayish, argil soils that retain moisture and support healthy ripening under hot, dry summers and cool winters, typical of the Drama terroir. The wine is suitable for vegan consumers, with a focus on sustainable practices that enhance fruit quality.

The 2023 Exis White is a blend of 55% Malagousia and 45% Assyrtiko, vinified to highlight aromatic intensity and balance. Grapes are cool macerated before fermentation in stainless steel to preserve fresh varietal character, then matured on fine lees for around two months to add texture prior to blending and bottling. The wine shows a pale straw-green hue with an enticing bouquet of orange blossom, melon, peach, pineapple and apricot, leading to a smooth, creamy palate with refreshing acidity and a fragrant finish. It pairs beautifully with seafood, salads, grilled fish, light pasta or Mediterranean cheeses, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of dishes.
