Riesling in a Kabinett style. Harvesting grapes with perfect ripeness gives the wine a better balance in the mouth. On the nose, there are notes of lime, peach and pineapple. Some herbaceous notes like hay and a hint of gooseberries lead into a long, mineral finish.
