The artisanal process involved blending traditional ingredients of wheat beer, saison, and lambic, resulting in a refreshing and fruity sour pale ale. We fermented this beer with our own special Rodenbach yeast culture, resulting in a distinctive flavour profile. After fermentation, we aged it for two years in the carefully selected wooden barrel known as foeder “93.” The result?
