This Oude Geuze is a blend of one, two and three year old traditional lambics, re-fermented in the bottle. Spontaneous fermentation, long maturation in oak barrels and continuous evolution in the bottle create a distinctly complex and elegant natural beer.

This specific Oude Geuze was assembly number 50 from the 2018/19 season and is composed of lambics from 4 different barrels, and 5 different brews. The assembly is 55% 3 year old lambic and 45% young lambic. The weighted average is 25 months of age.
