2009 Cooley Single Grain. 46% ABV. Limited Edition.

16 Year Old Single Grain, initially matured for 9 years and 2 months in a first-fill Bourbon cask, followed by 1 year and 3 months in a NEOC (STR, ex Red Wine cask), and then 5 years and 7 months in a Bourbon cask.

Nose: Oak spice, pencil shavings, french polish.

Palate: Fresh black grape fruitiness, golden raisins, oak spice, grippy tannins in the mouth.

Finish: Medium length, XO Cognac like fruit, Oak Spice.
