Dingle 13 YR Old Single Malt Madeira Finish 70cl

From hand selected casks by Head of Maturation, Paddy Foley, these Limited Edition Releases embody the depth of Dingle Single Malt maturation.

With particular attention on fortified wine casks that are chosen for their character, maturity and individuality which are then married together to create a Single Malt that represents a unique moment in the distillery.

Each bottle is individually numbered and presented with bespoke detailing and accompanying tasting notes, housed in a collectors presentation box.

On the nose, sweet honey and sun-dried fruits with layers of candied citrus, toffee and hints of vanilla. The palate has dry sticky dates, dark chocolate and spiced oak with notes of clove and cinnamon spices weaving through. The finish is long with delicate spices, nutmeg and sugar syrup sweetness that taper into orchard fruits and hint of toasted oak.
