A premium single grain Irish whiskey from Clonakilty that was matured in ex-bourbon for 10 years and then a further 2 years in ex-Bordeaux red wine casks. This time in maturation has given an already stunning whiskey notes of sweet red berries, strawberries, honey, vanilla, and a finish of wood spice and cracked pepper.
