Les Bourgarels is a southern French wine brand producing expressive, value driven wines under the IGP Pays d’Oc designation in the Languedoc. The vineyards are typically located in the sun-drenched plains and gently rolling hills of southern France, where a Mediterranean climate brings hot, dry summers and cooling influences from the Atlantic and nearby hills. Soils vary between limestone, clay and stony alluvial deposits, helping maintain balance and freshness in the grapes despite the heat. Vineyard management is typically focused on sustainable practices.

Les Bourgarels IGP Malbec is made from 100% Malbec, sourced from vineyards in the south of France where the variety thrives in warm conditions. The grapes are usually harvested at full ripeness and fermented in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit character, with a relatively short maceration to extract colour and soft tannins. The wine is typically aged briefly in tank or neutral vessels for a few months before bottling to maintain a fruit forward style. It shows aromas of black cherry, plum and blackberry with subtle violet and spice notes. The palate is medium bodied with soft tannins and juicy acidity, making it approachable in its youth but capable of short term ageing of 2 to 4 years. It pairs well with grilled meats, burgers, charcuterie and rustic Mediterranean dishes.
