Picpoul De Pinet Villa Des Croix 2024

Villa des Croix is a producer in the Picpoul de Pinet appellation dedicated to monovarietal expressions of local white grapes, notably Picpoul Blanc. Their vineyards lie on a limestone plateau by the Mediterranean, benefitting from maritime breezes and a terroir of chalky soils. The winemaking is modern: cool fermentations, stainless steel tanks, and lees ageing to add texture.

The Picpoul de Pinet from Villa des Croix is fresh and lively, nose of citrus (lime, grapefruit) with floral undertones. The palate is thirst-quenching, with bright acidity, pure stone fruit notes and a saline, mineral finish that lingers nicely. Ideal with seafood and light Mediterranean dishes.
