Nicole and John Bojanowski, an American couple, established Clos du Gravillas in 1996 in the St-Jean de Minervois region. Their 9-hectare vineyard thrives at 270 meters altitude on white limestone soils, benefiting from cool nights descending from the Montagnes Noires. Committed to organic and biodynamic farming, they practice agroforestry and maintain a living soil to reflect the unique terroir.

The 2023 'Gravillas' is a white wine that showcases the purity and freshness of ancient local grape varieties. It is crystalline, subtle, and mineral, with refreshing acidity that makes it perfect with seafood, salads, and light summer meals.
